On Friday, we were delighted to welcome the Perform theatre company to school. Every class took part in an exciting superhero-themed drama workshop, where the children developed new acting and performance skills. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm, creativity and confidence as they brought their superhero characters to life.
During the summer, one of our pupils entered the Climate Art for Action competition run by Rushmoor Borough Council, and we are delighted to share that she was selected as one of only three winners.
Her artwork will be featured in the Rushmoor Annual Report and displayed on boards across Farnborough and Aldershot. We are incredibly proud of her achievement and would like to congratulate her on being part of such an important project, helping to raise awareness of climate action through creativity and art. Well done!

The children in key Stage 1 are delighted to have two new football goalposts in the playground. They have had lots of fun trying them out today.
On Monday, we were fortunate to take a group of children to visit the resident of Lavender Lodge. The children sang a range of songs, which the residents thoroughly enjoyed. The children had a fantastic time spreading joy within the local community and demonstrated our school values.

This week, Hurlands Pickleball and Padel Club visited us to deliver free introductory pickleball sessions for our Year 1 children. The pupils had a fantastic time learning this exciting new sport and developing their skills. A big thank you to Hurlands for providing such an enjoyable experience!

This week, we were delighted to welcome Strider to school to encourage everyone to walk, scoot or ‘park and stride’. Strider was very impressed with your efforts and loved teaming up with the Harmony Heroes to help promote this important message across the school. Keep up the great work!
Thank you to everyone who attended Sports Day today. The children were absolutely amazing, and it was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and resilience. A big well done to Year R for your first sports day at South Farnborough Infants! Thank you to all staff for their hard work in delivering another very successful event.
